Alicia Tejada is a product development and commercialization leader with 15+ years of hands-on experience across CPG, food & beverage, infant and family wellness, healthcare, and hospitality. Trained as an industrial engineer and marketer, she has led complex innovation and launch initiatives from early concept through manufacturing, compliance, and market entry—often within lean teams and high-pressure environments.
Alicia brings a rare blend of structure and creativity, pairing disciplined project management with strong cross-functional leadership, supplier coordination, and brand sensibility. She is known for bringing clarity to ambiguity, momentum to stalled projects, and calm, confident execution to teams navigating complexity.
Guillermo Fernández is a seasoned program and operations leader with over a decade of experience driving complex, high-impact initiatives across healthcare, public programs, and technology-enabled environments. A certified SAFe® Scrum Master, he brings disciplined execution, financial rigor, and data-driven decision-making to projects ranging from $1M to $11M in scope.
Guillermo is known for his executive presence and ability to align cross-functional teams, translating strategy into action while navigating technical, operational, and organizational complexity. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he ensures clarity, momentum, and operational excellence from planning through delivery.
